This policy explains how Mango Dev handles information when you visit mangodev.io or contact us. It applies to this website, not to a separate client project or a third-party service linked from the site.

Information you choose to send

The project-intake form sends the information you enter to Mango Dev through our website hosting and email-delivery providers. The form does not open your email application, and Mango Dev does not intentionally save a separate copy in a website database. We receive the submission in our business inbox. It may include your name, email address, company, project details, and anything else you choose to include.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive information through the form or by ordinary email.

Technical information

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We may use aggregated or limited technical information to diagnose problems, protect the site, and understand whether its pages are useful.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on inquiry forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited browser, device, network, and interaction information to provide that security check. Turnstile does not give Mango Dev a separate advertising profile about you. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.

We use a self-hosted installation of Umami to understand visits, page performance, traffic sources, and whether important actions such as project-inquiry submissions succeed. Umami does not use advertising cookies or create cross-site advertising profiles. It uses limited technical signals to produce anonymous visit and session statistics and does not store raw visitor IP addresses.

We also use Umami’s session-replay and heatmap features on a sample of visits to understand navigation, clicks, and scrolling. Form inputs are masked, and project-inquiry forms are excluded from recordings. Please still avoid entering sensitive information into any website form. Session recordings are retained for up to 30 days unless they are deliberately saved for troubleshooting; other analytics may be kept longer in aggregated or anonymous form while useful for operating the site.

How information is used

We use information you send to:

respond to your inquiry;
evaluate whether Mango Dev is a fit for the requested work;
prepare a proposal or provide requested information;
maintain business records and protect against abuse; and
comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, security, and business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law.

Links on this site may lead to services controlled by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. No transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and the way it is used.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent, subject to legal and operational requirements. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
